After Oregon's win against then no. 4 USC, Oregon moves to no. 4, and is the highest ranked one loss team.  The win also bumps Oregon over no. 6 Boise State, who the Ducks had lost to.  Boise State's schedule ranking however, is much lower than Oregon's.

The top 3 teams hold their spots: Texas, Florida, and Alabama are ranked 1-3, respectively.

Undefeated Cincinnati moved up two spots to no. 16, and still have games against UConn, West Virginia, Illinois, and Pittsburgh.

Two top 15 matchups next week are sure to shuffle the standings: (10) Ohio State @ (14) Penn State, and (13) LSU @ (3) Alabama.
